I respectfully disagree with you saying it was out of charachter for Eric. He cheated on Raheem as well. (Even saying yes to Adam on stage right in front of Raheem. Dick move honestly). I know however a lot of people agree with you and said the same, but I just don't agree. I think people are just to fond of Eric to acept this side of him. Because, let's face it, we all absolutely love Eric! But that doesn't change the fact that he's a shitty boyfriend. No excuse for cheating. And he's too full of himself imo (in the relationship, not as a person and friend to Otis for instance). He has a lot of things he's dealing with, so I think there isn't room for a monogamist relationship, and that is totally fair! He's to busy focusing on his own needs and changing Adam. And i don't mean to say this to make Eric seem like a bad person, because I don't think he is! I think he's just not mature enough yet and Eric needs something else in his life that Adam can't give him at this point.

Agree they did a good job with the mom's story. It must be so hard for her to accept that she isn't able to take care of her child.
