Uh, dissapointed :( Not because of your reaction! But the episode... Seemed forced and unoriginal. All the "jokes" were so predictible... But that's maybe just me... I think the writing was really bad to be honest. The show has previously tackled some important politic issues (racism, sexism, sexual assault so on) but it has always been done with the perfect balance of humor and respect. It used to feel natural. For instance I loved the episode with Terry being racial profiled. They handled that very serious topic with respect and still managed to keep the natural flow of the episode. This one was just sooo forced. It was so litteral, like they were just listing all that had happen in the world (covid, george floyd...) but it was like reading from a list. I'm SO dissapointed. I even think the acting was really bad for the most parts. This is one of my all time favorite comedy shows. I really hope the rest of the season gets better and back to the normal feel. I'm glad that you thought the topic was well done. I for once 100% disagree with you on that, haha. But agree with when you said "the pacing was off". There was no build up with Rosa. And agree with the humor, it wasn't a fun episode. And it also seemed inapropiate for Rosa to break in to get evidence. Breaking the law to fight the injustice and corruptions? That seems like a bad "moral of the story". That part at least felt natural for a show where Rosa always have suggested police brutality and so on before (Which was done in a fun way, it's a comedy show not reality). So her breaking the law was not weird. Charles and Jake has also stolen things from computers before (from the post office for instance). So I'm not trying to be "political correct" and say they can't do such things. That's not my point at all. It's just that when the storyline of Rosa was to seek justice and fight bad cops it seemed malplaced to be breaking the law and therefore be a "bad cop" themself. I don't get why Jake had to apoligize either. Are they basicly just apoligizing for having a show about police? I'm not from USA, but I have to imagine that at least the majority are good people? Maybe I'm wrong... And that is SO messed up. Nooo, I LOVE KEVIN! Please bring them back together. Love their relationsship. They are perfect for each other.

Got to say the more I've sat and thought of this episode worse my opinion has grown, I even disagree with myself. They didn't handle it well at all, especially now that Im thinking of how well they did Terry episode. they bought attention to it might be where my mind set was on saying it done well. Definitely look forward to discussing this more next week. Boyle story felt so out of character as well hopefully next few episode are good
