It’s actually since your Merlin reaction that I follow you 😊😊 remember the essay like comments ?🤭🤭 I am really enjoying Thai BLs, I have watched two more with OffGun after finishing Not Me, and their acting has improved a lot over the years, but the chemistry was great from the start. I really enjoyed Theory of love. Back to Not me, this episode is so well filmed, with the fire, it feels so immersive, when the characters are going through the flames to look for the graffiti artist and White. Also, the way the flames are filmed in slow motion then faster, it looks both terrifying and beautiful at the same time. The bts of how they filmed it was quite interesting too. We gradually find out more about Black but we are still completely in the dark in their episode. The choice of not telling but having the viewer disvover everything through White’s eyes is so interesting and makes the entire experience of watching completely immersive. Also, putting the characters in danger so early on kinda made me care more about them and what would happen to them despite knowing so little about them so far. The scene when White is 'talking' to Black just shows how he really struggles to understand his twin’s actions. White also was away from Thailand for quite long and there's clearly a divide between what he knows from following the news when he was still in Russia, and what is actually going on now that he's back. The scene when Black nearly dies scared me because as you said, this can happen anytime, and at the most inconvenient time too.... this connection is scary.... I’m looking forward to when you’ll see more about mysterious masked graffiti artist. The moment Yok drew him had me gasp the first time. Can't wait for the next reaction. This is only my second rewatch and it's great having you pointing out things that i missed the first time.
