I've been so behind lately, so I'll comment quickly on ep5 before I start watching ep6. I LOVE the fight between Hannibal and Jack. It's so satisfying. Jack got the jump on him and Hannibal just... lmaooo goodness. The music in the background too just makes the scene all that much better. Since I last watched your Hannibal reactions, I've seen Fantastic Beasts 3 Secrets of Dumbledore twice and seeing Mads as 2 of my favorite "villains" in 2 of my FAVORITE ships (Hannigram and Grindelwald/Dumbledore) of all time is just... I am in Mads love overload the last few weeks. He's such an amazing actor. And I noticed in ep5 reaction you said you want to watch other stuff he's in. Highly recommend his movie The Hunt (aka Jagten--altho its not a comedy. so only watch this when you are in the mood for a, ah... emotional movie). One of the hardest movies to watch ever, but it was outstanding. And the character is so different than the villains he is usually (typecast tbf as much as he's PERFECT in the roles such as Hannibal and Gellert Grindelwald) cast as. (funfact, fannibals have this thing they call the HEU, or the Hannibal Extended Universe, where basically they take any character Mads has played and any character Hugh has played and just... ship them together. Its so funny. I think Mads even mentioned it in an interview once) Alright, onto ep6... an ep with one of my FAVORITE scenes. The museum scene!! gosh... what a wonderful scene. When they see each other for the first time and just smile at each other.. there's actually a line that was cut out from that scene, and I don't know why they cut it out, but it's BEAUTIFUL. It goes: WILL: I looked up at the night sky there. Orion above the horizon and, near it, Jupiter. I wondered if you could see it, too. I wondered if our stars were the same. HANNIBAL: I believe some of our stars will always be the same. You entered the foyer of my mind and stumbled down the hall of my beginnings. Like that's so... that's gotta be some of the most romantic lines in any piece of fiction ever, and then in the same scene we got "If I saw you every day forever, Will, I would remember this time." Like ??? Wow. Honestly, few shows do romance as well as Hannibal does which is... quite hilarious in fact. And next episode... literally... might be my favorite episode of season 3. It's honestly a toss up. Either next ep is my favorite ep of s3 or the final is. But it's DEFINITELY in my top 3 episodes. Ep 7 and ep 13 of s3 may go back and forth between 2nd and 3rd place (with Mizumono, 2x13, remaining at the top of my list forever)
