The best thing about Farscape is that even in monster-of-the-week episodes they are always using the circumstances to move the characters forward. Stark is fun because he is basically a giant ball of emotion at all times. He's the always shouting/crying sidekick character from anime series, but way less annoying (though that may be some recency bias, because I just finished Demon Slayer season 1 and Zenitsu drove me bonkers). As with those anime characters, the craziness is balanced out by some real pathos. Next episode we're back with the Moya crew for a very strange (and funny) adventure.
