And now we sort of have two shows for the price of one. Farscape Moya and Farscape Talyn. And the legend of the crew continues to grow across the uncharted territories. This arc is probably my favorite of the series until The Peacekeeper Wars. Season 4 has some great arcs, too, but a lot of what makes season 4 great is the absolutely fantastic setup they do throughout the rest of this season. The two Johns were completely indistinguishable, right down to their DNA and their neural pathways, post twinning. There might be degradation over many many generations of twinnings, but at the first generation there is no telling them apart. But ever since John became doubled, the doubles have started having slightly different experiences. Which means that now they are separating, becoming different people. And being on different ships with different crews is just going to accelerate the divergences. We have now entered the phase of Farscape where the amazing character work everyone has been doing goes into overdrive. You are in for a treat!
