Agreed, the Chuck-Blair-Louis storyline has run its course. Also you're a lot more generous to the writers than I was about how much sense this religious storyline makes lol.

I really don't like what they did with the storyline here. I thought the last episode would have been a great way of ending the whole Chuck vs Louis storyline. I really do ship Chuck and Blair, although I can understand why you're having trouble shipping them again. But I think Chuch has reddemed himself. And Blair has definitely made here share of mistakes both before their first breakup and since. But it is so obviuos that they love each other deeply and they have now grown as individuals. And the chemestry between them is so good. So I would have loved them together again. I feel like it was the right time. The Louis storyline was interesting at first! I really enjoyed it. But now it has dragged on too long. I agree that Dan made the right choice by putting his feelings aside and just being there for Blair as a friend. But does Dan actually ever do anything without a long-term plan... I have really enjoyed their friendship so far. Who would have thought they would end up being so close and such good friends when the show started? I did not see that coming. But I enjoy it!

The idea of Dan and Blair used to be soooo hated back in the day. The hate was astounding. But now that the years have gone by people see the appeal of what could be. And I agree. The religious storyline makes sense but it seems so ridiculous and resets to the same events we’ve already seen. Last episode was fine enough to put an end to the triangle.
