I completely get you but yeah they had a contract for four seasons, I think they tried to fit in what they could but they didn't even know that it would be a final so I think they were going to continue some of them in season four. I really hope we have more one day but I do agree it feels like there is so much more!!!!

also the moment where Marilla spoke with Diana's mum was kind of a bit of development about Diana going to queens, Marilla warned her that she would lose her if she keeps holding her back. But like you said, I'm sure that we could have got so much more!!
