Love your reactions ever since S1E1. Going to be hard to wait for S5. Although not immediately obvious, the firefight with Bobbie on Mars was one continuous shot. Cast and crew said it was probably the most ambitious action scene they’ve ever filmed.

Thanks for doing these reviews, really enjoyed them and your perspective. Regarding Holden's decision to save Lucia, my perspective is that he'd be a hypocrite since Naomi is guilty of the same type of sabotage and death. I don't think there's a statute of limitations on that sort of thing. I'm going to miss Ashford too. David Strathairn just killed that part. The song he sings throughout is the Belter version of The Ballad of Captain Kidd, Appropriately piratey. The only downside was the recasting of Arjun, I thought the actor was terribly miscast. I think they could have found a better fit to replace the original actor. We'll it looks like Chrisjen will be attending the handover conference on Luna. Maybe her husband should have gone with her, huh? Those Asteroids could turn out to be an extinction level event. Thanks again, and we'll see you for S5.

If you go back and listen to all the scenes of Ashford sing, the lyrics spell out his whole journey on the show. When you read Ashfords character in the books, you'll see just how amazing what they did for his character on the series is. David could only commit to 2 seasons, we were so lucky to get him for that long. I gave zero fucks about book Ashford, but the series turned him into one of my faves..and I openly wept when we lost him! Him breaching Marcos ship is now an all time fave action scene in the series! I did not like Lucia getting off scott free either, it did not sit well with me. Yeah, any of Zurik's Expanse content would be great to react too. I'm so happy you ended up loving this series as much as I do! Really looking forward to BSG, another incredible series! Make sure to start with the mini series first. Going to have BSG and Farscape running together soon, wow, I'm soooo happy!! You'll love them. Thanks. Cheers!

What makes the show so good as you said, is that they never forget little things. In this episode you had so many call backs, like in episode 1 season 1 when the one Cant crewmember lost his arm, they talked about the 'Inners Magic Gel', and now we get to see it in use with Amos. Naomi calling in her favour from Fred to find Filip. And then I'm not sure if you remember, but when Avarsarala is on the roof of her house with her grandson talking about how she hated people that threw rocks. I was waiting since then for this episode :) Have loved your reactions and enthusiasm for this show. thanks so much, for letting me rewatch this show through such fresh eyes.

This video was produced during the campaign to save the Expanse two years ago and I always loved watching it because it made me really feel that The Expanse is "all around us".
