Disappointing News (Patreon)

Strap in boys; this one’s a rough one for me to write.

I’ve paused billing again, pushing back so that no patrons will be billed until April 1st. That means a bit more of a delay for some of you, but it had to be done.

I’m addition, I’m wiping the 3-word and 6-word request queues clear. I can’t apologize enough for those of you waiting for stories that you won’t get now… but it had to be done. Somehow, after pausing billing to give myself a mental-health break and catch up, the queue continued to grow. It’s either this or delete the entire patreon, lose every story (which, honestly, I’m willing to do), and just wipe my hands clean of it all.

(Those of you at $30 and $50 tiers, your stories are still in the queue and will be finished before April 1.)

Moving forward, I’ll be reworking the tiers so that there will be no new 3-word or 6-word requests. I’ll be writing requests for the upper tiers and focusing on what I want to write otherwise. If you want to bail because of that, I get it. If you’re angry with me, politely send me a message (preferably on the discord) and I can explain the “why” of this more thoroughly.

This sucks—SO MUCH—and I wish I could be more for all of you, but moving forward it’s important to my mental health AND I believe it’ll produce much better work in the future.
