It's time I formally introduced you guys to my shapeshifting tree druid Evergreen... who is literally a shapeshifting tree!

For generations, elven druids would sit underneath her branches teaching each other the secrets of shapeshifting magic. Over time the tree learned from them how to change it's own shape to an elf.

She goes by the name Jacqueline Pine or Jackie Pine (the type of tree she actually is) but most know her simply as "Evergreen"

The first shape she learned to take was an elf, because she was eavesdropping on elves learning how to change into trees and back. Once Evergreen learned the "back" part, she was able to uproot and walk around, exploring the world and learning more shapeshifting abilities.

When she needs to pass unnoticed, she can "hold in" all her plant features, so as to appear 100% elf, but it's not very comfortable to maintain.

She likes going barefoot to let her toes sink into the soil like her roots used to. When it won't attract too much attention, she grows branch-antlers (brantlerts?) to feel some sun on her leaves.

As a compromise, sometimes she just grows a simple flower:

When she wants to be extra-alluring, her flowers can produce pheromones that make her irresistible to surrounding fauna.

Of course, since plants are naturally hermaphrodites, Evergreen prefers to take the shape of a futa:

Her priorities in life are what you would expect from a tree:

1. Grow as big and strong as possible

2. Spread her seed far and wide

3. Stay hydrated

In full bloom she can be quite a formidable adversary, bristling with thorns:

Those pouches on her thigh are "external pockets", strapped on by vines. Because all her armor is part of her body, she detests growing pockets to put things in. Too many years of woodpeckers nesting in her trunk have given Jackie an aversion to anything entering her cavities. These days, she does all the penetrating!

Lots of armor options here, too many to export all the possible combinations, so I'm going to share a PSD of this one with all the layers that can be switched on or off so you can make any mix of features you want.
