A really quick one here from the end of a sketch session this time, just 20 minute mess-fest  to test a design for my shapeshifting druidic futa elf character.

First time I've shared this character "Evergreen" with you guys, she's one I've used for RPGs like D&D for a while, but haven't drawn much yet because she was mainly used for SFW contexts... but she is a shapeshifter and prefers to take the form of a buff futa elf whenever she can get away with it.

Some backstory – she's actually a tree! For generations, elf druids would sit underneath her branches, teaching each other the secrets of shapeshifting magic. Over time, the tree absorbed this magic.

As the elves practiced changing their shape into a tree and back... the tree watched and listened, eventually learning the spell to transform from tree form into elf form. Once she could uproot herself and walk wherever she pleased, she began exploring the world, and learning all sorts of other new tricks.

Her motivations in life are pretty in-line with what you'd expect from a tree:

1. Grow as big and tall and strong as possible

2. Spread her seed far and wide

3. Stay hydrated ;)

Big thanks to Seline for creating a 3d version of Evergreen in Skyrim, which inspired me to make this sketch incorporating the branch antlers and legraps with bare soles. Great additions to her hybrid treeant/elf design,  so she can feel the sun on her leaves and the soil between her roots– err toes ;)
