Update: Replaced WIP images with final inked lines (still needs backgrounds but I'll add those during coloring)

Alright Wardens, time for some exclusives! My plan is to present you with 3 comic pages, each the beginning of a separate mini-story, and let you choose which of those 3 pages should be fully inked and colored, and have its story continued. This is not that post... this is just one of those 3 "first pages". This one features the familiar Futa's Bounty characters, but the other two will be different.

My current dilemma is how much to clean up each of these 3 pages before they're presentable enough to even call "unfinished". I've drawn most of each page on pencil and paper, then scanned into photoshop. The main issue is most of the text and backgrounds are still missing, so it's not necessarily easy to tell what's going on:

So I thought this would be a good opportunity to share my process with you guys, starting with the raw pencils:

After scanning I add speech bubbles and panel frames in Photoshop:

Then I digitally ink the clean lines on a new layer in Photoshop:

Hopefully improving the quality in the process of redrawing it:

So that's what I'm working on today! I really want to ink each of the 3 pages fully so text and backgrounds are already in place when you see them the first time for a vote... but let me know what you think in the comments.

Would you rather have the surprise of seeing a fully coherent page all at once?

Or bear witness to the unsightly raw form and watch it come together with more frequent process updates?
