Almost all the pinups I post start out as pencil sketches on paper, but I touch them up in Photoshop to give the lines a cleaner "inked" look.  I'd like to be able to make art faster, but usually end up spending a bunch of time on the cleanup step to remove all the messy extra pencil lines.

This selfie sketch of Mandy is an experiment in doing less cleanup and leaving it with a sketchier feel. I still did a fair amount of cleanup and adjustment, but not as much as I normally would. This is the before and after:

I'm interested in your opinion! Do you think it's worth the time to fully clean up sketches to my usual "inked" stage? Or should I save time by posting them in a messier form like this one, at a "close enough" stage? I've been considering sharing a batch of extra-rough sketches and giving you guys a vote over which one(s) I clean up and color, but I need to get over my aversion to posting unfinished work!
