How'd everybody like last week's bonus pic  / pic set ? If my warm-up sketching amounts to anything, I'll share them on Sundays :)

Call for help - I seem to be haemorrhaging patrons this month (-10%) so if there's anything I can do or change up to keep y'alls happy / draw in new patrons, I'd really appreciate your thoughts if you've the time. Thank you! :)

I am very happy with this Patreon, so I can't speak for the others. But, one thing I have seen others do is send out a link to download all the files over the month, which is pretty helpful. Just a thought :D

I am also happy and I think so is most of the client base. In terms of raw popularity, it seems parody / cosplay stuff is the most popular across town. (XXX versions of favorite video game characters) Maybe this is a possibility? I also have noticed what Fayden has talked about. Zipped collections of all work to date (or so).

Thanks mate and I'm really glad you're happy with everything. The monthly download link is a good idea, but I have one reservation - unfortunately, every month I get 3-4 people sign up, download everything then unsubscribe before any payment gets processed. I'm happy to share the free editions of the comics etc (makes me rather proud in fact) but it doesn't feel fair to everyone who genuinely supports the comic and my work. I don't want to remove the PDF versions to cut down on the thefts so I'm kinda stuck :P Thank you for the thoughtful comment - definitely food for thought!

Thanks bro and thanks for the ideas. Hmm... people like rule34 hentai and retro games are popular so... 8-Bit Tits? Lol. Apart from that name, I think you're onto something there. As for the collected works idea and at the risk of repeating what I said in the reply to Fayden's comment - I still get a lot of sign ups who download and unsub before payment is processed whenever you and I post on the other sites so I'm not sure about making it easier for the greedy few who do that. I'm loathed to take away the PDFs and certainly don't want to stop the free editions / posts. It's a tricky situation but thank you for taking the time to put together such a thoughtful and thought-provoking comment bro :)

Yeah I can see what you mean. The ones I am talking about send it in a message the next month. So you could only download the previous month if you were signed up at the time. Like, next month soon after processing, send people a zipped up version of previous month via messaging (not a post).

Additional idea in response to what you brought up, this is why I'm a fan of the Upfront Charging that Patreon has available. This way the trolls who grab and go don't get away free.

Yeah, I've got that running but where there's a will there's a way :P Ok, quickly run an idea passed you, bro: New reward tier that gives access to my Working Folder on DropBox? Obviously your fine self and the Elites would automatically get access. I don't know what else I can offer to maximise income without adding hours to the day - I sleep as little as I can get away with lol
