AFLF #05 - What's happening here? (Patreon)

Here's the second of our three AFLF pics for April! 

AFLF is basically the same as AHMT but now with super naughty pics AND additional comic panels (the white blocks with the notes will become the comic panels)!

• When the elven princess was captured by the vampiric Countesses Nocturne and Obsidian she knew she was in trouble !
• Twins Karla and Krista got bored and decided to amuse themselves with the newest sorority pledge!
• Yennefer wasn't satisfied with capturing Triss Merigold, she wanted to teach her a lesson!
