Rithian High Councilman Percival Goldwain has a penchant for binding and tormenting pretty young women. There’s nothing wrong with that, in and of itself, but he has been indiscreet and allowed himself to be seduced by a foreign spy.  Because he has been compromised, Evie has been assigned to ‘handle’ him.

After a confrontation in which she dispatched the foreign spy, she uses her Seductive Arts training to get the councilman’s guard down, and he brings her to his chambers, past his security detail.  

Soon, Evie is standing with wrists and ankles restrained, spread to four points between two posts.  The Councilman is standing behind her enjoying what he believes is his conquest of yet another pretty young woman.  But Evie has him right where she wants him…
