People had a lot to talk about regarding Tapani's future plans, but that was not all. When his boat returned at the beginning of the summer, people learned that he had made a family with a foreign woman who followed him from southern lands. It was not only one woman but two. Crew members told another woman about being the wife's servant, but her role in the relationship was too evident. Naturally, a decision like that made some bad blood when some people rumored that local women were not good enough for a man aiming for great wealth. Behind closed doors, a few powerful people had planned to pull Tapani closer to their influence through marriage. So intrinsically, they were not happy when Tapani appeared back with a woman on his side. These people assumably put more oil to the flames powering evil rumors. Tapani didn't care about the rumors, and his good reputation was stronger than bad talk.

While Aygul acted like it was natural to her, she stayed carefully near Tapani. She made contact with locals delicately and well-planned way. Casia was different. Although she obeyed her Mistress and followed her commands, she was a wild child. An adventurous girl was learning the local language faster than the local ways of life. While reticent, Aygul observed and learned about people's behavior when she didn't understand something; Casia jumped directly to the action.

Tall structure reminds me of the steam clock in Vancouver for some reason. Super render with many little cameos to enjoy. Loving Casia's little encounter.
