Comic Concept: Okabamadara (Patreon)

Okabamadara is Monarch Butterfly in Japanese (I hope), but it may not be the title of the story in the end. I just like how it sounds, Inspitations: Kamen Rider, Spiderman, Doronjo.

It's about an evil villain who has an encounter with a hero who, not knowing what he got himself into, nearly gets killed by Okabamadara. Soon after, she receives a call from her sister asking for her to visit, where she breaks the news about her son nearly dying in a "work accident". Okabamadara puts two and two together and realizes he's the hero from that night, and has to battle feelings of regret and jealousy as she tries to live her double life.

The original prompt for this was something involving a hot aunt, but I wanted to take that idea and make it unique and weird, and sad, even. I may try and change how her mask looks, and give her some sort of long flowing clothes like Doronjo. Right now she has that represented with faded tones, but drawing it out in a comic is another story.
