A bit of a depressing one, but it is what it is. 

Next week I'll be taking a break in order to work on other stuff! And I'll also be starting my second (third, if you count this) job so I'll maybe slow down on the comics a bit. Hopefully not too much!

No Kindergarten screen conversation means no Aquamarine or Garnet freaking out over Cluster experiments I guess. Which means they have to find out about the Cluster 100% from talking to Peridot, giving Garnet a worse reaction to initial interactions with her. Maybe.

The comment and reaction about humans using shame to control others makes sense in regards to Steven's upbringing, but I'm wondering if Connie is referring to Priyanka or something else? Also how long Earl was listening.

Connie is definitely NOT referencing her mom. Moreso just the general society and the prejudice that some parts of society hold as a whole.

*Come to think of it, Rose's "flashback" art style kind of reminds me of Pink Diamond's drawings back on Homeworld :0c I'm assuming it was at least somewhat intentional, it's such a cute detail!

I always want to leave a comment and forget because I read the updates via emails, BUT so much intrigue in this update! really interested to see where earl's development goes re: fusion 👀 also your rose shorthand is hilarious and I love it.

Oooh, interesting how the existence of Stevonnie has confused Rose enough that she's now doubting that Steven himself is White. Honestly, it makes a lot of sense- I have to imagine her thought process is something like... Steven fused with a human... but diamonds certainly can't do that, so IS he a diamond to begin with? Ahah, I also have to appreciate how this swerve delicately skips around the truth that he's half-human. Gotta keep us in suspense on when that will be discovered, after all. XD Anyways, love this!
