This is most likely due to the high Memory/RAM Count.- -Fast Travel Locations for the new DLC might not appear. -Sandevistan OS cannot be slotted with something else already equipped. Your OS will be bugged permanently if you do not unequip what's in the first OS slot first. Unequip and then equip the OS you want to use as a workaround. This cannot be fixed atm.
