Another upcoming episode!

Cleaning up the inks is one of my favorite parts of the creation process-- things start looking the way I wanted them to!

All the wide-area "splash color" is next. A quick, easy, and satisfying way to make a lot of progress, really fast.

Sharpening the details is probably one of my next favorite phases. To me, this is where I start entering the final phases of production.

Backgrounds, shading, highlights and other details (especially the camouflage) finally make it all pop. This one was pretty complex because I had a lot of crowd scenes with most of my characters, so it took a bit longer than normal. Still, it is good to do every once in awhile. Note that the characters in the background have slightly darker camouflage colors so they don't all blend together. It is hard to avoid that when drawing a military setting, when everyone wears the same thing.

Final product will be available soon!
