Army be asking what they can do to improve recruiting and retention, and I have a few suggestions. For one, stop throwing people under the bus.

Less reliance on MRE's. too...

Turn over the 1st Sergeant position to a cute dog and I bet things will improve.

Give us more time to perform/recover from the Army Combat Fitness Test on drill weekends...
