Work In Progress video, in which I talk about some upcoming events and plans, and start digitally inking an upcoming comic!

And here is a WIP still image of the same comic, showcasing the progress that has already been made on it since the video was made:

Convention Appearances:

BOISE COMIC ARTS FESTIVAL is a solid "go"! I got my email confirmation that I have a table reserved for me at the Boise Comic Arts Festival, or BCAF, this Saturday the 28th of August. It will be held at the "JUMP" building ("Jack's Urban Meeting Place") so if you're in the area (or up for some quick, ambitious, last-minute travel) come on down and see what kinds of comic talent lives in the local haunts. We have some dynamic artists, writers, and crafters here in the area that are too oft overlooked.

This year the event will be held outside, in the grassy park-like area in the center of the buildings, and tarps will be available for the vendors. Admission is free, and runs from 9 to 5.

PUBLISHING NEWS

Book#2: "BOHICA Blues Iraq: Line of Departure" has arrived from the printers! An unboxing video will be posted in the next 24 hours!

BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE AT KO-FI and for QUALIFYING PATREON SPONSORS!

If you simply want to purchase a book, you can do it at my Ko-Fi shop; link provided below. I've already had a few sales through Ko-Fi and it works just fine.

I'm trying to set up a Facebook shop as well, but for some reason the FB store doesn't want to interface with my PayPal account or something weird. I have an open resolution ticket on the issue but things are moving slowly on that platform... so I'm directing everyone to Ko-Fi until it gets resolved!

Meanwhile, there are plenty of open slots at Patreon, and you get a lot for your money there! I have well over 2000+  unique images there: everything from weekly weirdly doodles and development sketches to old comics from years past that have not previously seen the light of day. Higher tiers also get to see other, future projects I am working on (hint: if you like action-adventure science fiction, but the established franchises are starting to seem a little tired to you, then you might like what I'm cooking up).

Come join the fun:

Until next month!
