One of my former roommates took it upon himself to learn beer brewing at home. I. of course, was an enthusiastic supporter of this endeavor. I helped finance some of it and also designed labels for the beer. He made a beer called "Dogbolter" (for which there was no label) and later made "Pooch Hooch", and I made this label. I worked at Kinko's Copies at the time so it was easy for me to run a few labels on sheets of sticker paper and cut them & bring them home to apply to the bottles. The dog features was his own Chow-Lab mix, Niamh. She (the dog) sometimes aided in taste testing the result, which... in reality you should not give dogs booze.

The next beer label I made was for "Cherry Beer", which had mashed cherries in the brew to add some flavor. I designed the label and arranged it in this four-place manner to run on sheets of sticker paper, resulting in 4 labels per sheet.

My old Engineer company toyed with the idea of an official mascot. All sorts of ideas were floated, but people really seemed to like my Anime-inspired mascot, "Bichi", pronounced "Bitchy". Probably more like "Beeshee", really, to avoid getting in *too* much trouble.

This was going to Bichi in an M-113 "Track" APC. In the long run the mascot idea went nowhere but I was glad to have given my part for the greater good.

That's it for now! More to come later.
