My second round of art for the story was a bit more mature from the previous set: I had, I felt, a good command of the Na'vi facial and body features and was willing to get more involved in the art. Above, a character and his girlfriend-- he's Avatar, she's Na'vi.

One of the other player-characters, an Avatar forced to hide among the Na'vi and take on their dress as a disguise... and feeling very self-conscious about it.

Two of my favorite characters-- the tall one was a player character, a Na'vi that was a stranger to the village and hiding out for her own reasons, away from her own tribe which was far to the north. The smaller one is a child, a headstrong adolescent sister of the "Na'vi girlfriend" in the initial picture. She looks up to the stranger in hero-worship.

The Na'vi adolescent --whose name is Nef'Tys-- greets one of the Avatars hiding in their camp... much to his consternation.

Here, Nef'Tys is the first on the scene where a human helicopter has crashed.
