Hi JB. This was a wonderful video. I loved the trigger selection (tongue clicking included). I found it to be really calming. The dark background and clothing helped to focus attention on the triggers. My mother passed away just before Christmas, and I've been watching your videos to help keep me calm and centered. They have all really helped, particularly this one. Many thanks.
