the reason jay remembers it is because he did the wish. and the reason nya remembers is because she died i think and got revived

Yeah that's what I don't really love about this finale, to almost all the ninja, the events of Skybound never happened, but Ninjago is intended for kids but I definitely wouldn't say its a kids show considering some of scenes throughout the show aren't really meant for kids but an on screen death would've probably put the show in danger since a kid seeing their favourite ninja die would be somewhat traumatic so I understand why they would've had to change it slightly so it would be more kid friendly
