Started to catch up on this show too. You asked in this episode when she started seeing the ghosts. It was when she got to the bus station and somehow her phone glitched after that she started really seeing the ghosts. That horror show on tv was just a show and before that she only had a nightmare about ghosts, but wasn't seeing them before the phone accident. Another point I think it's the alcohol in perfume that worked on the ghosts...
