Norikos Appearance and all is a bit different in the Anime, because when Noriko is first introduced in the Manga and Light Novel, she was naked while in the Anime she wears a tattered dress. In Chapter 37, it is stated that this abduction took place in the early summer before the Battle of Ginza. The captives were split up and sold; the men were sent to mines, while Noriko was made a sex slave. She was made a slave of Zorzal El Caesar and regularly raped and beaten.
