The pillars have a reason to hate demons. They all know or have had demons kill loved ones before. Rock Pillar is the strongest too.

Makes sense. I would think most slayers had run ins with demons before joining. Would assume thats their driving force for wanting the demon slaying training. Not saying thats all Demon Slayers, but seems like a typical motivation for entering that line of work.

I dont know if you heard about it already, but that Guy from the Kakushi Unit, that wakes Tanjiro up, has the Voice Acter who also Speaks Saitama from OPM^^ And like mentioned in another Comment, the Hashiras are the Elite of the Demon Slayer, but surely, everyone of them has a Dark Past with Demons, and then there is this Freshman who travels with a Demon. People like Giyu and Urokodaki saw that Nezuko is no Threat, but no one else. On the other Hand, the Method of this Freak is a bit too much. Especially since he is doing this in Front of his Master.

Seems like, despite being the Master, the Hashira have some freedom. Thats funny that he is Saitama. XD

While I think Sanemi definitely went too far, I actually think the Hashira's are well within their rights to be apprehensive about the whole Nezuko thing. From their POV, there were no "facts" presented, just the ramblings of a biased teenager and a letter from someone closely related to the accused that could have been forged. The Demon Slayer Corps and the Hashira didn't come all this way without being cynical.

For sure. You'll see I really didn't get mad at them like I did when Rui strung up Nezuko. They are simply cautious and skeptical.

Lol Sanemi's character design is also relatively similar to Toshiro Hitsugaya from Bleach~ Toshiro must have gotten lost, picked up some scars, and trained to be one with the wind to survive here~! XD
