Here some Details about the Magic especially that they named in this Episode. First, Mikotos "Search" Magic: Yatanoshirogarasu: Yatanoshirogarasu enables Mikoto to search for other Familia members within a set effect range. However, she is only able to search for members in the same Familia as her. It has an active trigger. Next, it was Mentioned that Renards are not only a Rare Race, they also posses often very strong and Rare Magic. The one Haruhime used to Boost Aisha is called Uchide no Kozuchi. Uchide no Kozuchi: Uchide no Kozuchi is a level-boosting magic that can only be used on one target, other than the caster. Its effect can last around 15 minutes if Haruhime puts a lot of mind into it, after which an interval around 10 minutes is required before it can be used again. However, those affected by Uchide no Kozuchi gained less than half the experience a normal adventurer would've gained. Because of the magic's extraordinary power, information about it is kept secret to prevent others from targeting her for it Fun Fact: Haruhime's magic, Uchide no Kozuchi, is based off of the legendary Japanese magic hammer of fortune.

From what i understand, yes. They practically Split the Magic apart in those Fragments, so that each Fragment holds the Power of this Special Level Booster Magic. And i also can understand why Ishtar wants to use this. Not only has the Freya Familia Hundreds of Member ( Adventurer, Supporter etc) She has also with Ottar ( the Boaz-Demi Human who trained the Minotaur in Season 1 and was with her at the Ball that Apollo planned) the strongest Adventurer in Orario. This Guy is Lvl 7 and the yet only known in this World at this High Level.
