I was able to get the first episode of Vinland Saga recorded, so here it is! Really enjoyed it and it's a perfect adaption so far from what I remember reading. Can't wait to get into new material in anime form!

Might I say, the CGI & Motion Capture animation from the opening fight scenes were so masterfully done, it's hard to even notice the difference if you're not paying attention to it much!

More seinen series need the Vinland Saga treatment, an actual /good/ adaptation that doesn't censor the dark moments like blood and mutilations... I'd love to see more seinen anime tbh

Honestly, as much as I like/enjoy the OP's visuals, the song itself doesn't exactly strike a chord with me, so I'm more excited to see what OP 2 will sound like, hopefully I'll like its vocals more than OP 1 Visuals are stunning though, lots of incredible shots here and there, the animation & cinematography of Vinland are superb and certainly live up to WIT Studio's reputation & skills thus far!

Chain on Flesh injuries make me wince so fucking hard, especially with WIT's Studio's wonderful execution of this graphic scene lol
