Yes secco does have a stand. This is going to be a long battle but, leads directly to the final battle. 3-4 eps away from the final battle. Also, except a lot of death. This is worse then DIOs rampage through Cairo. Person on the other end is a brand new character. That SDC reference was fanservice.
