In the Manga, the Guy with the Scar didnt even pulled the Hair of this Girl, he even punched her 3 or 4 times in her Face, that her Nose started to bleeding and she looked really beaten up at the left Side of her Face. But i only take a glimpse into the Manga, i think they have.. 140-150 Chapters of it released and it is still ongoing. I also read that a lot of " Higher Ups" from Ufotable are Huge Fans of this Manga, so they give " Extra Love" to the Anime and they plan to animate the complet series ( It is possible, the Manga has very high Solding Rates in Japan and the Anime was also a long waited thing from Fans) Btw, i think everyone want to know more Details of the World, the Demon Slayer System, If there is something like a " True Natural Demon" and so on, so i think you dont need to apologize for anything ( I want to know this Things too, but i restrain myself from reading the Manga)^^

Much like with Attack on Titan, we'll almost certainly always have more questions than answers, but one of the best parts about watching a show progress is the revelations, the answers that only create more questions after blowing our minds XD
