Last episode, as Sister Krone was spiting Isabella and being slowly chased down by the demon, a small flashback was shown of her placing the pen and I presume the wrapped box into the dresser drawer before leaving the House, along with her comment of hoping the children succeed and break their shitty world to pieces

And there were some flashbacks that were meant to be shown during Ray's explanation of infantile amensia that would help better craft some theories while possibly disproving others, don't know if they'll be brought into the show later so I won't mention much other than the fact that Ray's "warm, dark liquid" was being inside a Mother's stomach. It was shown in the manga while he said that

Dang. Well there goes my theory but then again, not really. Still could be happening. I also stil think those two kids know just like Ray does. I also wonder if they created the cliff after that kid tried to escape in Grandma's time.

Phil can't fool me I bet he is like Ray with remembering being an infant. The other two kids are also weird like you said, but I feel like it would be a stretch on the narrative to have them all remember. It's already pushing it with Phil, if that's the case with Phil.
