here’s a simple way to describe how king crimson skips time: imagine you’re watching a horror movie: Step 1: you’re watching a horror movie step 2: sudden jump scare appears Step 3: you get scared and shit your pants Step 4: you notice you have shit in your pants But when king crimson ”erases time”, it feels like Step 1: you watch a horror movie Step 4: you notice you have shit in your pants. Basically what happens in between gets erased and the time skips to a later ”step”. And this isn’t a spoiler, it’s a less dramatic explanation with an example of what the boss said

He didn't. he gave a very vague description because you are supossed to be guessing how exactly it works through the whole arc. You don't get an actual explanation until near the end of the arc. This is 100% a spoiler.
