Things like the Shadow Demons or what Sebas is get never answerd in the Animes, but i can give you informations based on the Light Novel: Shadow Demon (シャドウ・デーモン) is a level 30 demon that is used by Nazarick's field agents as an emergency shield. Shadow Demons are like shadows without thickness expanded from the darkness. From an observer's point of view, it was as if something two dimensional had gained a third dimension. They resemble emaciated humanoid figures with bat wings attached to their backs, their fingers ending in sharp claws. Their figures are pitch black, as if created from darkness itself. The only other color were the eyes, a sickly glowing shade of yellow. Abilities Shadow Demons possess a special ability called 'Shadow Warp,' allowing them to transverse at short distance between shadows. As implied by its name, Shadow Demon could morph into shadows, it is a monster that excelled in stealth. As shown with Sebas's case, a Shadow Demon is also capable of hiding within a person's shadow and leaving it.

Sebas Tian is an expert in unarmed combat. He is also a Rare Type or Heteromorphic Race, a Dragonoid. He is one of the four strongest warriors (Cocytus, Albedo and Rubedo) in Nazarick and if he transforms into his true form (dragon), he can even overwhelm Albedo and Cocytus ( Was only mentioned, even in the LN for what i know, Sebas or other NPCs never use there True Forms, because they are totaly OP in this new World without to use any of there Powers). Though he does not have any magical abilities, he can heal a target using Ki. According to the Overlord Blu-ray 1 Special - Emissary of the King: "Even among the Guardians of Nazarick, those three can be considered the top among the warrior classes. Cocytus has the advantage against Albedo, but not against Sebas. Sebas is strong against Cocytus, but not against Albedo. Albedo can probably win against Sebas, but not against Cocytus." 1 more thing is, that Sebas has the highest + Karma in all of Nazarick with +300 Karma. On the Other Hand Lord Ainz and Albedo have the lowest with - 500, the other NPCs are between +50-400 mostly.
