Another month’s gone by, so I’ve decided to write a quick retrospective on it and what I’m planning to do right now. Last month was pretty harsh for me, both in terms of personal health and my job. Thankfully, I’m finally well enough to be back in action and I’m very close to actually fixing my job issues. Or burning it all down and starting again. Both options are much better for me than the status quo. But enough about my private life for now, it’s time for the retrospective about art!

This February was surprisingly good. The best things to have happened were definitely actually making my own KKL export of Tomo Aizawa from “Tomo-chan is a girl” and snagging collabs on fanfics of “Kaguya-sama: Love is War” and “Yankee JK Kuzuhana-chan”. I also finally configured the new graphics tablet I bought and it works great. My art contest is also on and receiving many amazing submissions, both in form of drawings and stories.

As for failures, I’ll have to elaborate a bit further about them, since that’s much more important for my development as an artist.

First, the tomboy story prompt drive was a failure. Too few people joined it, so I’ve decided to halt making such drives for the time being.

The second failure was splitting my time between too many projects, which means that March will be mostly a month of catching up.

My third failure was related to verifying partners for collabs. I’ll need to think about it by myself.

Now, time to make some plans for March!

First things first - March will be the month of catching up with previous work, so I will be postponing opening comms and starting new collabs/trades until April.

Second, the topic of my Patreon this month will be “March needs Moms”, so expect much more mom related content!

Third, I will need to really deal with the mess that’s my personal life, so I will be occasionally making announcements if everything is still alright. I also want to thank you all for your support. Without you, I wouldn’t have courage to start fixing my issues.

Thank you all and see you soon with new artworks!
