Customize Marlin LCD

Introduction to the Bitmap Converter for Marlin Firmware, which is used to create graphics for the Marlin graphical LCD. A look at the _Bootscreen.h and _Statusscreen.h files, used to customize the boot screen and the top part of the Status Screen. Also a quick foray into the Marlin LCD code to demonstrate how to hide the X and Y position whenever printing is active.
