• Richard Ross, cephalopod husbandry expert who has been raising and caring for octopuses (and coral, too!) for more than 10 years; and
• Danna Staaf, science writer and author of many cephalopod books, including Monarchs of the Sea: The Extraordinary 500-Million-Year History of Cephalopods and Squid Empire: The Rise and Fall of the Cephalopods.
