Hey y'all :)

Hope you're enjoying the book so far.  Now that we have a solid amount of people on patreon I feel like there could be some good discussion on what worked and what didn't work for the 2nd book.  I'm very open to editing whatever I need to edit, barring rewriting the entire story, so if there are any blaring problems with the story that you see then please feel free to discuss it here.

So far there have been complaints about the elf issue and Riven going off-track with his personality, becoming a bit of a pussy.  I hope that the very last chapter resolved all of this, as my goal was originally for him to have a massive shift in his character because of that last event.  In my mind Riven either had to join his sister, or go against her, because their vision of what the future should be like were so different.  He also went through the majority of this series so far as a more heroic-type guy, and although I intend to keep him along that path somewhat I'm intending to make him a lot more brutal / efficient / decisive now that he's had his major character-warping event take place at the end of book 2.

If the arc sucked and you think it sucks that's fine, just tell me what YOU would change (specifically) and why.  I want this series to be good when it goes onto Audible and will be handing these things off to Podium for book 2 within upcoming months, I don't want the scripts to be bad.

So tell me what you think, what can be improved, and how to improve it if there are any specific spots that you can think of.  Thanks in advance!

My only criticism I have is riven has show long-term planning and contingency for betrayal or ambush that he showed in the dungeon and in the city not being used with the elf’s I agree that his hero type should stay, but he has shown to be a long-term thinker, even when he deals with short-term problems.E.G he left own favourite four arm protector who does a better job than most paladins for the nightmares both outside and inside the basement
