Sorry for the lateness once again. July was a strange month for sure!
Here is our lovely Nessiris spewing existential nonsense in true Spellbound Succubus fashion! And what's this? A call to adventure? is it really possible for Arkuras to put plot into a smutty transformation comic???

I have a question whats the need for collecting these souls exactly? Is there no other way to make more succubi?

I've mentioned before to others that there are 2 ways succubi are created. One in the Spawn Pits and the other by transformation. But I suppose either way the subject has to except the corruption of their soul. So there's really ONE way to become a succubus. Leave your everything you know and become a tool for the Succubus Goddess. John and Nessiris are those whom the Goddess saw as excellent candidates for becoming succubi during their human lives. Instead of being born in the Spawn Pits.

Good Question. In Spellbound there are two main building blocks to the universe: Souls and Matter. Likewise, there are two corresponding cosmic forces that govern them: Well of Souls and the Fount of Creation. Spellbound Succubi do not necessarily feed on souls or gather souls as other fictional succubi do. The Human "estate" (a term thrown around a lot in my comics.) is a relatively new realm and is currently the only one where a new substance can be found called The Seed of Man. Which is the ability to unite the Well of Souls with the Fount of Creation. Binding souls to matter. (I know this is all super sexy right?) So the Succubus is a tool of the Succubus Goddess to gather the means to spawn and control as many souls as she can. Clear as mud? XD
