Spellbound 2018 - A Year in Review (Patreon)

Another year in the books for Spellbound and I'm still shocked at the reality of how  my stupid, messed up imagination dumped on the internet has gained the traction that it has. Thank you all so much for your continued support and patience for this humble artists insignificant doodles about mostly inappropriate themes. I wanted to take some time to talk about what worked this year and could be improved upon. If there's anything you would like to add or say please comment below. So here we go.

My Work Scheduel

As always I'm on the hunt for finding that balance of work time, art time and free time. And this year I took a new position at work to try out a new flow which for me personally worked well. It's a simple night delivery job that pays well and I am significantly less tired when I get off in the evenings to get to work on Spellbound. I have had to cut back on art streams because of this flip flop and we'll talk about that later. 

Going into 2019: My work schedule at the beginning of the year will be pretty hectic until around maybe May where I should be back night driving again with another 2 months off at the end of the year.

Pinups and Commissions

This past year was a very good year for pinups. My personal favorites being June (Ivy) and November (Cameron) I've shared a few of them on Hentai Foundry as I really only post all my content here. Pinups have come to be mostly my way to draw other things than Spellbound even though a succubus somehow finds their way into them on occasion. Funny how that works. Commissions however this years have remained closed and only private commissions have been done. 

Going into 2019: Pinups this next year will mostly remain the same. And commissions I do plan to open up in the future. On Hentai Foundry I'll try to post more things for the public.

Spellbound Comics

This past year saw some great progress on the core Spellbound projects. Inner Demons ch. 1 was finished, Outer Demons made an effort and Wicked Hunter is currently in progress. On top of those I've written a few short stories to expand the universe a bit more and solidify a few concepts and ideas. Sure Outer Demons has proven to be a little more difficult to work on than others. But it will see a continuation soon.

Going into 2019: This next year we'll see Wicked Hunter wrap up in January/February and Inner Demons will continue with ch. 2 directly after. Along with that I want to do small single page comic strips that help push the concepts of seduction and desire that Spellbound is rooted in, the first of which will be coming soon with a glimpse at Cameron in temptress mode. Stay tuned.

Discord and Art Streams and Other Stuffs

The Spellbound Discord is... well, kinda dead. I'm honestly at a loss on what to do with it. And as far as streams go I really only do them when I'm in the mood. It was a fun thing to do last year but as of right now they just kinda happen.

Going into 2019: I want to get a  website for Spellbound up and running at some point and I have no idea where to start with that. I also would like to put past Patreon rewards in a mega file that is easy to get to new patrons. All of which I will look into soon. As for the ridiculous amount of Matriarch level patrons I have not forgotten you! Rewards are on the way even if its just High Res and .psd files. I don't know yet but its been far too long since I've shown my thanks to you lovely people.

The road is long and hard but progress is happening. I love all of you that have stuck with me for this long and even the new friends that have pledged recently. Thank you. I do my best under the conditions I have and all I ask is for patients and support and you all have given it.
