"If there is one demon to avoid in your travels it's any demon with red eyes. If you are unlucky enough to even glimpse such a creature chances are your existence as a sentient being is about over.

To even say 'they devour souls' is not entirely accurate.

You see, they strip a soul of everything they've become. The millennia it took for that soul to become sentient, gone. Merrily food for the most evil creatures to ever exist.
