The Succubabe's Bathhouse (Patreon)

It's been 10 months since the last Bathhouse update?? Good God, how the time flies when I'm game-developing. Or in this case, Bad God, I guess. In the naughty sense, not the evil one. The motives of the Succubabe are far outside the context of human morality. You try being a demon god of lust and magic, see for yourself how often you're labeled as 'Evil' by some foolish mortal.

Let me introduce another Playable Character: Ravenna, the Lictor of Living Latex, Sorceress of magics both dark and lascivious. She isn't one of those aforementioned foolish mortals. She understands that good and evil are abstractions and that true power and enlightenment hinges on raw worshiper count. She hopes to climb the long ladder to the realm of powers no human should ever wield. So, naturally, she's interested in networking with gods. Take note of her ass. Here at Ghost Hug Games, we are committed to, you know, ass-related things.

Kat is our well-rounded starting character. Ravenna is more specialized. Her starting deck includes 'Creeping Ichor,' a card which transforms a non-boss monster into an ichor drone. Drones are easier to defeat than most monsters, but don't have a defeat-reward and too many of them can gum up your board. Her real strength comes from cards like 'Mobile Horde,' which deals heat equal to the number of Drones on the stage, or \'Feed the Drones,\' which deals heat equal to the number of total Drones created on a level. Kat wants to win quick, but Ravenna is here to play the long game, build up and army, and use it to dominate each boss.

So we went for a while without an update on how the Succubabe's Bathhouse is going. We'll try and do em more frequently. To be honest, it's because most of my work on it has been the boring kind. Structural coding things to make sure the game can do everything we want it to, and to be stable at the same time. Art's always fun though. Maybe next update, we'll go into detail on some of the monsters :D Stay hype everyone! And as a reminder, all of this stuff is very WIP and is all subject to change!!
