• Waifu Wars? What? Why is there a Z? I don't get it.

The Z makes it sound cooler. 

(It also means we don't get mixed in with anime Youtubers and Saltybet when you search the term "waifu wars".)

Waifu Warz are short audio stories whose main character is decided from regularly held character polls. 

• How to participate

There are two roles in Waifu Warz: voters and nominators.

Voters in Waifu Warz polls consist of all patrons. A selection of waifus (so to speak) will be provided to choose from. It's a simple poll, whoever gets the most votes wins.

Nominators, on the other hand, are limited to those in the $15, $30, and $60 tiers. Whenever a Waifu War is about to be held, all patrons in those tiers will be contacted to provide a character of their choice along with an appropriate image of them being blown up. This image will be used to determine the scenario your character ends up in, should they come out victorious.

Example: let's say John Doe wants to nominate a Patchouli Knowledge inflation script. He would send me the name of his chosen waifu along with an image such as this, which depicts the character in question being inflated. Please make sure to source the artist, otherwise I will not be able to contact them for permission should your character win.

Do not suggest any of the following:  furry and/or male expansion, scat, diapers, rape, incest, bestiality, gore, pedo (i.e. loli and shota), real life people/live action. Anything that falls under these categories will not be accepted.

• What you can expect

Once the poll is finished and a winner is declared, there are three phases to creating a finished product, listed in chronological order:

Writing will be done either by myself or by an external writer. Each script can be expected to range around the 750-1000 word range.

Voicing will be done by our cast of voice talent. The raw voice lines and script are shared  exclusively for patrons to peruse through, if they so wish.

Editing will be done by me. You can view our gallery of audio stories along with the previous Waifu Warz winners to hear some of my previous edit-ups. 

After all of those are done, the final product is posted on Patreon and deviantArt. A period of time passes, then we start again to find a new Waifu Warz champion.

• Miscellaneous rules

In the interest of keeping our winners diverse, there are a few more rules to take note of: 

1 - Handicap

If someone loses X Waifu Warz in a row (X being the total number of entrants), they will be granted a freebie and get a script of their choosing. Waifu Warz is not intended to be a zero sum game.

2 - Character diversity

Obviously, characters that have won in the past cannot be nominated again. The series they came from must also wait two turns before another character from said series is selected. 

Two characters from the same series cannot participate in the same Waifu War. Priority on who gets in is determined on a first come, first serve basis.

For original characters, the user they came from is used as their origin series.

Update log: 

Waifu Warz 02: Removed "nomination cooldown" rule. It sounded good on paper, but barring individuals from entering probably won't end well. Minor edits to other sections.
