Ringtail's Balloon WIP (Patreon)

A wip I made a while back, and since then I've got the Ceejay balloon rigged to be able to look around and emote a bit, buuuuuut if I went back and did this over I would probably approach this in a different way... turning into a balloon instead of post-TF for example!
