Hope you are better! Oh man I loved these episodes. The writing was perfection how Rachel couldn’t say anything because of the New Year’s resolution. Shooketh with Janice, just when you don’t think she shows up, she shows up out of nowhere! I love when they do that. Looking forward to next weeks reaction.

Janice is such a breath of fresh air and it’s amazing how the writers include the very talented Maggie Wheeler each season. So glad that you got to rejoin the friends world after being sick. COVID really sucks and I'm glad that you are feeling better! These two episodes are some of my favorites of all the Friends' seasons. Ross and his leather pants are the best as others have said.

Being sick like that is no fun! I'm glad you are on the mend and able to enjoy more episodes of Friends. Ross's leather pants got me thinking, is he the best of the group at slapstick physical comedy? Joey and Chandler have had quite a few good moments, too. But Ross takes it to another level. If I had to rate them on the physical comedy scale it would be (1) Ross; (2) Chandler; (3) Joey -- although #2 and #3 are so close it could easily go the other way. Rachel for #4, Monica #5, Phoebe #6. Disclaimer: I made this list before a.m. coffee so it's subject to change at any moment. I'd enjoy seeing how other commenters would rank them!

I must say, major props to Jennifer Aniston for her delivery of the line ”I will go over there, and I will see that the thing that I think that I know is actually the thing that I think that I know”. It’s quite a tongue twister and she delivers it really fast to boot. Hope you’re feeling better soon!

Apropos of nothing in particular, the song we hear when Ross and Elizabeth are on the couch watching TV is the theme song from the French romantic film, "A Man and A Woman," which won an Academy Award back in the late 1960s.
