You've probably noticed that Chloe, although the main character, had no illustration. That's because I did her portrait a long time ago, in the early days of stable diffusion, and I couldn't make an illustration for her that matched her portrait. The problem is that it's almost impossible to generate art for the same character several times via AI, you have to modify the result each time to fix the problems (quality problems such as missing fingers, of course, but above all the fact that SD will never generate the same character twice, which is a problem when you have a character who appears several times).

For these reasons, I've tended to move towards an anime style, which allows me to redo myself the parts that SD can't manage. And that's also why I had to completely redo Chloe. I hope you like the way she looks, It's going to feel strange until you get used to it, but it's necessary if I want to be able to do scenes where the POV isn't Chloe's.

As for me, the update is going well, Chloe's character sheet is finished and that was an important step. I've also finished the image that will be used to activate her power, and I've recruited someone who should be able to animate it. That should give me time not only to finish the next mission, but maybe also to fix a few bugs and difficulty issues that have been hanging around for a while.
